From time to time... 
Took this on my first Mountain Bike ride of the year few weeks back,one of my local rides,this is basically the half-time spot where I contemplate,recuperate and swig my Red Bull and Kendall Mint cake energy bar
This is dedicated to my good buddy HandiSandie Sandra from Canada
Who knows and feels the lower-end pain of that first bike ride back only too well...
