First sub from Rome and one of the very few Panoramas I took.
My girl and I took a tour around the Colosseum and the fee included a visit to the Palatino and the Roman Forum you see below and shot from what I believe is Palatine Hill  One of my fav times in Rome,was awesome to walk around and see so much History surrounding you in all directions. Far right you`ll see the Colosseum and on the far left Il Vittoriale (Big white build sometimes referred to as the wedding cake). I really wanted to take some good shots of it but it was riddled with scaffolding at the time  The guards there made me laugh too,if anyone got sore tootsies and fancied a sit down,they started whistling like canaries on heat at you  for whatever reason it wasn`t allowed there.Thank you for looking and I left the res fairly big so you can enjoy the view hopefully as much as I did  4 shot Jpg Panorama via Canon 10-22mm Canon 40D Rome The Roman Forum (Latin: Forum Romanum), sometimes known by its original Latin name, is located between the Palatine hill and the Capitoline hill of the city of Rome. BTW, the reason why the guards were whistling is that the "wedding cake" is actually the monument to the Unknown Warrior. So, not letting tourists sit there is just a matter of respect.
