I`m always on the lookout for solo trees like this,surprised I haven`t crashed my car yet 
For a few months now whilst driving up from the valley below,I`d noticed and could see the the outline of three trees spread out against the skyline,so set out Sunday evening and spent a few hours trekking the moors to find and shoot them.
Found two but the third eluded me,but I`ll have the bugger
It was very tranquil and calm up there,the only other people I saw was when walking back to my car a middle aged couple had brought their table and chairs and sat out having their evening meal whilst watching the view (which will be on another shot) and sunset...beats the TV

I love how it is bent but not broken. Kind of like my mother, who by the way, we believe is of Welsh descent.
